The single word, single letter "I" has traditionally been thought of as the epitome of self-centeredness or pride especially when consistently used at the beginning of a person's sentence. Mark Cahill, in his book, One Heartbeat Away (pp. 196 and 197) asks the question, "Who Am I?" Do you consistently dominate conversations beginning with "I"? Ask yourself the question, who am I?
