So Be It

Did you ever have a conversation with someone and the conversation ended with the phrase "so be it"? It's kind of like saying "OK, let it happen just as you said." It also implies that you agree heartily and emphatically approve or agree with what was said. In the Bible, the word used to convey the same concept is Amen. Often when we are in a religious service, we absentmindedly get into the rythm of the message by saying "Amen" at the end of each point. I've become more conscious of when I say Amen. Did you know that there are 27 books in the New Testament and all but 3 end in Amen? How about doing a search of the ends of each book (King James Version) to find out which ones they are?
